Whatever you choose, the message lands in the same inbox and a person reads it. The reason helps us get it to the right one — and for two of these five, we can answer before you even write.

We handle orders by hand, one by one: that’s why an order paid by bank transfer doesn’t ship until the payment has arrived. With the order number to hand, we can tell you where it’s at without asking you for anything else.

The photos and rulebooks we can share are already on the game pages. Anything that isn’t there — print-quality images, a copy to try, a date at a fair — you can ask for here.

Nine times out of ten the answer is in the rulebook, which you can download from the game’s page. The tenth time matters more to us than to you: if a rule is badly written, we want to know.

Where we are

Registered office. Dice Tower Games S.r.l.s. is at Via Veneto 11, Peschiera Borromeo (MI), Italy. It’s the company’s legal address: boxes can’t be collected here.

Warehouse. Boxes ship from LogiSica, Via dell’Artigianato 9, Buccinasco (MI), Italy. You can collect in person there by choosing “Pickup from our warehouse” instead of shipping.
